Revlon's New ColorStay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick

If you haven't already, try out Revlon's new ColorStay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick, food-proof lipcolor with a built in ultra-conditioning topcoat. Everything in one step with this product so no need for any top coat application at all, also another great bonus is that it doesn't dry out the lips which some long wear lippys can do, so luscious long lasting lip colour all day!
Also it will stay comfortable and wears perfectly for up to 12 hours, it won't feather or fade so no touch ups required, even after meals - perfect for that hot date out on the town!
The new Ultimate even made an appearance on the red carpet just after it's launch, being sported by Cameron Diaz (in Top Tomato shade) at the premier of My Sister's Keeper, so with the a-list seal of approval what's stopping you bagging one for yourself!
Available in 20 shades from Pinks, Plums, Nudes to Browns & Reds. When applying, use a thin layer to bare lips and wait until dry.

Perfekt Beauty Perfection Gel

I got a lot of wonderful presents for my birthday this year. One of my gifts included Perfekt Beauty’s Skin Perfection Gel to Go. My friend Sarah has been obsessing about this product for so long and wanted to me to try it. The texture of this product is amazing. It glides on effortlessly and it feels incredible. It is kind of like a low coverage concealer and foundation in one. It improves skin tone, reduces redness and helps minimize the appearance of large pores. It also contains antioxidants such as alpha lipoic acid and vitamins A & E to help protect your skin. I found it to be really moisturizing and I have extremely dry skin. It did give my skin a nice glow but because it does not cover it up as well as concealers and foundations you may have to go over it to gain a completely flawless look. This product is really great for summer time when you don’t want to have a ton of make up on. It is also sweat-resistant and water-resistant which is a huge plus. Perfekt Beauty’s Skin Perfection Gel is a bit on the pricy side so if you are unsure, try purchasing the smaller size to see if it is the right product for you. I love it so much just because of the texture and how soft it makes my skin feel, I may have to purchase the large size…

Hot Mess Monday - Jessica Simpson

Hot Mess Monday would like to present – Jessica Simpson. Here is Jessica looking extremely fug in Maryland at the AT & T Golf Tournament. She was chosen to sing the national anthem. Not only did she torture the ears of the poor souls present, but she also did a number on their eyes. Simpson’s heinous red and navy striped sheath dress is by Michael Kors. Michael, you disappointment me more than you please me. This dress couldn’t be any more hideous on Simpson. It makes her look extremely wide and chunky. Either the dress just doesn’t fit right, which seems to be the issue, or it is a miss for any body type.

On to her hair and make up – disappointment. Ken Paves needs to step it up. Her hair is boring and way to yellowish blonde. Her make up is not working for her either. Her lips are way too pale and blending in with her fake and bake a bit too much. Overall, I hate everything about this look. Jessica Simpson, you fail. The only good thing going for her is the fact that her ex-hubby and that ugly girl that he dated right after their divorce have finally called it quits.

Happy Monday people, although there is not happy about it since Friday seems to be a decade away.

MAC Studio Sculpt Review...Yes I'm Alive

So if any of you know me by now you know that I am not one for the more "natural" look. I reeeeeeaaaaaally like full coverage. I was told that the Studio Sculpt from MAC should really be me next purchase sooooo after a few jobs and was excited to add this to my collection. Not only did the girl at the counter swear that I was to get NW 30....I am NW 15 normally....but she applied it with the #190 brush which is infamous for streaking and she said that I would only need a pea sized amount...as she frantically tried to spread it all over my face. I decided to go with the NW 20 because of the season and said I would better see the results I was wanting applying it myself. I am still VeRy on the fence about this. Is the coverage is full...YES!!!! Do you only have to use a pea sized amount....kind of (if you use it with moisturizer). Would I recommend it...I would reeeeaaally like to wait until winter to see if I like it better then because ObViOuSlY it is summer and I sweat it all of anyway and then the consistancy is wierd. I like my foundation to be a bit more liquid than mud but it still gives great coverage. Any one else tried it???
