DIOR FALL COUTURE 2010: Haute Jardiniere

John Galliano created a secret garden of colorful flowers and shared it in his Fall Couture 2010 on the runway, floral and blooming literally, he is the best gardener we ever knew.

Gone are the days when we travelled together with his exciting trips to Egypt, China and Japan, now just at his beautiful garden we feasted visually his creative genius , gowns like flowers-flowers like gowns.

The tulips in particular used as skirts gave us images of precise cuts with fabulous degrade effects. Galliano mixes his voluminous skirts with ruched tops delicately imitates the blooms of the season. Miles of ruffles were attached to  complete a dress and eventually looks like a bunch of pansies.

Feathered skirts with scooped jackets, jade mohairs and black and white combos all nature's copycat in blooms.
Perhaps Galliano's love for British Flora overlaid his penchant for the natural gifts Mother Earth could give.
