GIVENCHY SPRING/SUMMER 2012: FOCUS ON TAILORING

Riccardo Tisci is definitely the most important designer in trends and style this season. His Givenchy Spring/Summer 2012 leads the pack with his contemporary fashion- streetwears with couture finish. While others used prints, colors and volumes Tisci is on tailoring, sharp and crafted. The undulating softness of his peplums trimmed in shark, stingray and eel skin instead of leather with sharp jackets revealed the designer's provocative inclinations. Light pastels in frills updated Givenchy's classics last year.
