ICONIC wins double laurels at the Images RetailME award ceremony with the Most Admired Store Design and Most Admired Departmental Store Awards for the year 2011
DUBAI, 17th October 2011: ICONIC the trendiest Fashion and Lifestyle brand in Dubai was assayed winner of the ‘Most Admired Store Design’ and also took home the title of ‘Most Admired Departmental Store for the year 2011’. The glittering award ceremony was attended by some of retail’s most high profile delegates. Commemorating retailing excellence in the region, Images RetailME annual awards recognize best performing retailers and retail practices across
 the Middle East.

A delighted Raza Beig, CEO, ICONIC accepted the awards amidst loud cheers and enthusiastic applause from the audience and his team members. “ICONIC was conceptualized as the trendiest fashion and lifestyle destination for the young at heart in the region and winning these awards reinforces our belief in this vision and inspires us to set new standards for creativity and design in the industry.” The CEO thanked the Landmark Senior Management for their encouragement and support. Raza also gave credit to ICONIC customers whose loyalty and faith in the brand spurs the team to achieve greater success.

The panel of judges who were selected for their expertise and knowledge of the retail industry were impressed by the unique ICONIC store design that offers an unmatched shopping experience to every customer.

The 70,000 sq ft ICONIC store interiors offers interestingly designed sections that showcase the latest fashion trends on apparel, accessories, footwear, cosmetics gifts and stationary for men women and kids by creating different moods and design concepts though different hotspots. ICONIC offers a one-of- a-kind shopping experience with in-house beauty salons, restaurants and a quirky SOHO section. The open glass façade with large LED screens, amplify their philosophy of being the trendiest fashion destination.

ICONIC was launched in Dubai at Deira City Centre in February 2010. The Brand subsequently expanded its market presence with stores in Saudi Arabia and a new store soon to be launched in Al Ain. ICONIC was nominated for the ‘The Richards Group Best International Retail Interior Award’ at the Retail Week Interior Awards 2010 and is nominated as ‘Best department store to shop on a budget’ at the Grazia Style awards 2011.
